DELIVERY DETAILS
All pre-made items will be dispatched within 2 working days. Personalised items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Orders placed on bank holidays/national holidays or weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

All items are thoroughly checked and securely packaged prior to delivery.
Delivery is currently only available to UK postcodes.

Please note, with the exception of HU postcode delivery, prices below are for a single item only.

For multiple items, please let us know and we can check the cost in advance of ordering.

Delivery within the HU postcode area: £2.00 per order (Mon-Fri only)
UK Royal Mail Tracked 24: from £4.99
UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: from £3.99
UK Standard First Class Delivery: from £4.99 (1-2 working days)
UK Standard Second Class Delivery: from £3.99 (3-5 working days)

If you require an item in a hurry please let us know and we can check the cost of next day delivery for you. The cut off time for Next Day Delivery is 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please ensure when ordering you calculate all delivery services in working days.

SALE AND JEWELLERY ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

Whilst we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

We will always contact you when your order has been dispatched and will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay via email using the details provided when ordering.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
